Blinds are more popular than ever, and it’s not hard to see why. Minimalist, convenient and stylish, blinds are a great choice if you want something that adds but doesn’t intrude on your room. We supply and fit blinds of all types including roller blinds, vertical blinds, venetian blinds and vision duo blinds.

Roller Blinds:

Roller blinds have come a long way in recent years! They are still an incredibly practical window dressing but there is an huge amount of fabrics to choose from. The simplicity of a roller blind design creates either the perfect blank canvas for your interiors or a beautiful statement. They are a great choice if you want a minimalist look that doesn’t intrude the room.

All roller blinds are child safe and can be operated manually with child safety mechanisms that comply with recent legislation. The manufacturers we work with offer a range of base cloths for all requirements these include light filtering to allow light to filter through creating a semi translucent softer printed look suitable for all living spaces. Whether it is room darkening or moisture repelling fabrics you are after, there is a choice for everyone and every room!

All Roller blinds comply with child safety regulations and can be operated manually or if you’re looking for contemporary living then we offer a range of cordless and motorised blinds that uses innovative battery operated or mains powered motors. Or why not go that one step further and connect all your blinds up to the sound of “Alexia, close blinds!” The hub technology will work for you and to the rhythm of your own lifestyle to ensure you can sit back, relax and enjoy your new interiors.

To complete your new blind there are a range of decorative finishes that are available. From various scallop designs, braids, bottom bars and a range of metal, coloured and coordinating headrails and is a great way to personalise your blind.

Venetian Blinds Faux Wood:

Venetian Blinds are a great practical solution for all interiors. They are both durable and versatile offering a range of neutral colours that simulate the look of real wood as well as contrasting tape options. They come in a choice of 3 sizes 25mm 35mm & 50mm and with a choice of vertical tapes in a variety of colours to suit or the traditional strings.

We recommend using faux wood venetians in a high moisture environment as they are incredibly moisture resistant due to the nature of the design. They are easy to maintain with a wipe clean finish which is perfect if you would like the look of a wooden blind with the practicality of modern living.

Basswood Venetian Blinds:

Basswood venetian blinds are perfect for adding warmth to a room being both practical and stylish with a beautiful selection of natural grain wood. The smooth finish comes in a range of tones from a modern painted wood effect to natural wood. There is also a range of colours for contrast or matching tapes as well as the string option. These real wood venetians look perfect in both contemporary and traditional interiors.

All venetian blinds are made to measure to your window specifications and help retain heat when fitted to the recess. They are a perfect if you would like to control the light coming in or improve privacy. The controls on the side enable the horizontal slats to be fully closed or tilted to allow the light to come through. They work perfectly either on their own or dressed alongside curtains in both offices, bedrooms and living spaces.

Vertical Blinds:

Vertical blinds are the perfect solution for large shaped windows, angled windows, patio doors and conservatories. They are designed with individual fabric veins that have the ability to be tilted and drawn. They stack back neatly not taking up a huge amount of space and can be drawn seamlessly using a child safe wand or chain.

Vertical blinds come with a wide range of configurations depending on your needs, they can be drawn to the one side or split evenly to suit your window size and shape. They come in a variety of different fabrics to include, patterned, textures, sheers or blackout. For rooms with a higher moisture content like kitchens and bathrooms there is an option for a wipeable, moisture resistant fabric that is practical and more durable. Whether it’s a pop of colour or your looking to keep your interiors seamlessly neutral then there is a fabric pattern for you.

Safety in the home is of upmost importance, our venetian blinds are made with child safety chains to give you total piece of mind. If you are purchasing venetians for a commercial property or building there is a range of flame retardant fabric that comply with regulations and legislations.

Vision Blinds:

Vision Blinds, other wise known at Day and Night Blinds are excellent for light control and privacy. They are manufactured using a double layer of fabric that move simultaneously to control the amount of light or privacy you would like in your room. They also work on a similar mechanism as a roller blind enabling you to have the blinds completely open or completely rolled down depending on the look you would like to create. They offer a range of fabric colours, designs and textures whilst remaining practical.

Pleated Blinds:

Pleated blinds are incredibly versatile and take up very little space within the window when not being used. The slim headrail and bottom bars enable the blind to be stacked back neatly, so If you don’t want to loose much of your outlook then these are for you! They can be operated using a chord, spring loaded or motorised and have a range of thermal properties to decrease your heating bills! They are the perfect addition to any room but particularly practical option in conservatories, shaped windows or windows in those hard to reach areas.

Perfect Fit:

Perfect fit blinds are a great solution for your bi fold doors, patio doors, conservatories and other UPVC windows and doors. They are perfect for you if you don’t have a lot of space around the window as they take up minimal space. They simply clip into your window and door frames with no need for drilling. When you open or move your window or door the blinds will move with them as they are uniquely fitted in between the glass and the rubber window beading. Our range of Intu Micro Blinds are designed specifically for bi fold doors and are 16mm rather than 25mm enabling them to fit even more closely to the bifold door itself.

Perfect Fits have a great level of privacy and we offer them as metal venetians and pleated blind designs. They can come in a range of fabric colours and eco properties enabling the room to remain cool in the summer and keep the heat in during the winter.

Cellular Blinds:

Cellular Blinds are not only stylish but incredibly energy efficient! They have an unique honeycomb design that is cleverly crafted to not only look great but also help keep your energy bills down. Their structure creates a thermal barrier between the room and window to provide additional insulation. Whether it’s a dimout or blackout fabric, the honeycomb technology will help insulate your home. Other benefits of this system include noise reduction and UV protection. Each blind has a sleek aluminium profile and offers optimal light control. They have a huge array of fabric colours to choose from as well as having the option to be motorised.

Roman Blinds:

These are the only blinds we make on-site by our dedicated seamstress, Sally who concentrates solely on made to measure roman blinds. Roman Blinds are a wonderful solution for any window and is a great compact fabric alternative to curtains. Made completely to your specifications, romans are a great way to personalise your room. With most fabrics being suitable for romans you are spoilt for choice in our showroom! Roman Blinds can be made to either sit in the recess of your window or outside. If outside we can add a fabric return to neatly hide the track. When the blinds are open they will be positioned in uniformed pleats and where possible, pattern matched with the fabric. Due to the nature of some fabric designs this isn’t always possible but very satisfying when it is! When closed, the fabric will sit flat.

The Roman Blinds are operated using a track system that complies with child safety regulations with breakaway chains to prevent strangulation. As with made to measure curtains, there are various lining options you can choose. Linings play a big part in the overall look of a roman blind. We always recommend a Blackout fabric in bedrooms and for a more luxurious look in the main rooms of the house an interlining or fleece.
